Building approvals Full assessment can be carried out and permits obtained for compliance
with the current building regulations.
Guarantees All materials and labor costs are audited, and all of our work is
guaranteed for 12 months. We are also fully covered by public liability
insurance and WorkCover.
Prompt Reinstatement As preferred contractors for leading body corporate insurers. Tymaline
Building Services offers the resources and discretion to provide prompt reinstatement by completing and directly lodging claims.
We liaise directly with insurers and assessors, and can handle all
paperwork and correspondence on behalf of clients. This guarantees less trauma and inconvenience, less administration for managers and the
expedient settlement of claims. Copies of all correspondence are
provided to managers for their reference and verification.
